• Free Services Commitment: JACS maintained free services for seniors to ensure inclusivity regardless of financial status during 2024/2025.
• New Fee Structure: The Board has agreed that, from the new financial year, a minimal fee model will be introduced to support sustainability.
• Funding Challenges: Day-to-day operations were largely funded through leadership contributions and donations, reflecting deep dedication but also underscoring the need for a broader funding base.
• Community & Compassion: There has been a continued focus on creating a welcoming space for seniors to build relationships and foster community trust.

• JACS plans to reach more seniors by broadening its community outreach and inclusive programmes.
• Facility improvements and diversified programmes aim to meet the evolving needs of clients effectively.
• Building partnerships with other organisations will help gain resources and extend support.
• Moving from a volunteer-driven to a paid staff model will support sustainability and service quality.
